Moms Homemade Turkey Vegetable Soup


Severs 6 to 8 people

2 Quarts Chicken Stock
1 cup Diced Carrots
1 Cup Diced Celery
1 Cup Diced Onions
4 Cups Cubed Potatoes
1 Cup Corn
1 Cup Green Beans
1 Cup Tomato Sauce
1 Cup Diced Tomatoes
Salt and Pepper to taste



In a 4 quart pot add chicken stock and bring to rolling boil and add remainder of ingredients and simmer for 25 to35 minutes or vegetables are tender.

Serve with salad and fresh breads and butter.
