Cherries Jubilee

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cup cherries
  • Brandy (1-2 oz.)
  • Ice cream

    Directions

    1. Pour water, sugar and cherries into pan.



    2. Heat to boil to reduce liquid to syrup.



    3. Pull pan off burner.



    4. Pour in brandy carefully. WARNING: Be ready for flame.



    5. Spoon cherries over ice cream.



    6. Enjoy!
