Chef Yancy's Chocolate Raspberry Hearts
4 Ounces Butter
4 Ounces Brown sugar
2 Ounces Raspberry sauce or raspberry preserves
1 Shot Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
Your favorite brownie cut into heart shapes
Vanilla Ice Cream
Raspberry for garnish
To make sauce preheat skillet to medium high heat.
Add butter, brown sugar, and raspberry preserves or raspberry sauce. Cook for approximately 1-2 minutes.
Add spiced rum, flambe', and top over brownies.
To make plate cut your brownies into heart shapes.
Place on plate add ice cream add other heart, and top with whip cream and your raspberry sauce and enjoy!
