Daybreak 9/10/09: Chef Yancy's Oriental Shrimp



12 pieces shrimp (peeled)
1/4 cup green pepper (diced)
1/4 cup green onion (diced)
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt, pepper, garlic to taste
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
4 cups pasta or rice cooked and drained


Saute peppers, onions, in sesame oil. Add shrimp, and season with salt, pepper, garlic, ginger. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add soy sauce and pasta or rice. Let simmer for approximately 3 minutes and serve. Enjoy!
