Fire House Chili



2 pounds hamburger
1/2 pound beef
1/2 pound venison
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 can beef stock
1 large 48 ounce can Hole Tomatoes
1 jar 15 ounces mild salsa
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 large can kidney beans


Saute ground beef, venison, and stewing beef, with garlic until browned. Add seasonings, tomatoes, salsa and kidney beans. Simmer for 2-3 hours on low heat. Serve with peanut butter crackers, corn bread or your favorite side. Enjoy!
