Daybreak 3/4/10: Chef Yancy's Meat Balls

Ingredients

1 egg
2 Tab. Bread crumbs
2 Tab. Chopped onions
2 Tab. Chopped green peppers
½ Lb . ground beef
¼ Lb. sausage
¼ tea salt
¼ tea. pepper
¼ tea. gran. Garlic

Directions

Combine Egg, Breadcrumbs, onions, green peppers, salt, pepper, garlic and mix together.
Add ground beef and sausage mix well . Shape mixture into ¾ inch balls.
Saute in skillet over medium heat browning on all sides .
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce
