6 pieces of thinly sliced ham
12 pieces of poached broccoli
2 cups heavy whipping cream
Salt, Pepper, Garlic to taste
Slurry as needed (equal parts corn starch and water blended well)
1 cup smoked Gouda cheese (shredded)


Roll poached broccoli into ham. In small baking dish with 1/4 cup water, add rolled ham. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Sauce: Heat chicken stock until boiling add heavy whipping cream and season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Add slurry till sauce is a medium consistency. Turn off heat. Add smoked Gouda cheese and allow to melt. Drizzle sauce over entree. Enjoy! Happy Easter!
