Daybreak 4/22/2010: Chef Yancy's Class 101 Asparagus
Chef Yancy puts a new spin on asparagus!
1 pound poached asparagus
1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced peppers
salt, pepper, garlic to taste
1/4 cup butter
Pre-heat skillet to medium-high heat, add butter.
Sautee peppers and onions for 2-3 minutes
Add poached asparagus and seasonings
Serve as side to your meal. Enjoy! Chef Yancy
