Daybreak 4/29/10: Chef Yancy's All American Ham-Burgers
8oz ground beef
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt, pepper and garlic to taste
3 oz smoked ham
2 cups diced peppers
1 cup diced onions
2 teaspoons butter
3 oz ranch dressing
4 slices American cheese
1 deli hamburger bun
Place salt, pepper, garlic and Worcestershire sauce in ground beef and mix well.
Form a patty and cook until 140 degrees internal temp.
Saute peppers and onion in butter until tender.
Place cheese and burger on bun.
Add peppers, onion and sliced ham.
Top with ranch dressing.
