Daybreak 5/20/2010: Chef Yancy's Tropical Spring Salad Dressing

Ingredients

1/2 cup diced orange
1/2 cup diced pineapple
1/2 cup diced apple
1/4 cup diced red onions
1/4 cup diced bell pepper
2 cups balsamic vinegar
1 cup pineapple juice
2 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup toasted almonds

Directions

Blend all ingredients together. Fold into your favorite salad greens. Top with almonds.
