Daybreak 06/24/2010: Chef Yancy's 4th of July Diabetic Dessert
6 cups of granola
1 cup cranraisins
4 cups slices bananas
1 qt. vanilla yogurt
1 cup sliced almonds
2 cups of blueberries
3 cups sliced and washed strawberries
In a 9 x 12 glass baking dish place granola in bottom of dish, add cranraisins.
In a separate bowl add bananas and yogurt.
Fold together and place over top of granola. Spread evenly.
Arrange blueberries at top left corner to resemble stars on the flag.
Use strawberries and almonds for the stripes of the flag.
