Farmers Market Salad

Ingredients

3 cups shredded zucchini
1 cup shredded yellow squash
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup banana pepper
1/4 cup shredded green onion
1/2 cup shredded bell peppers
1/2 cup shredded apple
1/2 cup shredded pair
1/2 cup chopped smoked almonds
1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions

Blend all ingredients together. Serve as a side salad. (No salt, no oil, natural sugar. Great for diabetics!) Enjoy. Chef Yancy
