Donnie Moran won the 1st Annual Buzzy Topless Classic at the West Virginia Motor Speedway on Sunday. Moran's #99 car led the race wire-to-wire. Eddie Carrier Jr finished 2nd, Jared Hawkins was 3rd, Doug Drown was 4th and Rod Conley finished 5th.
Racing returned to the Mineral Wells dirt track after a 2 year hiatus.
