Cincinnati Bengals receiver Chris Henry has a new legal problem. Court records show he was cited by Cincinnati police on three traffic charges including driving with a suspended license.
The 23-year-old player was also ticketed for an alleged improper turn and a seatbelt violation. His vehicle was impounded after he was stopped March 21st, and he paid 100 dollars to retrieve it Monday. Court action is pending.
A Bengals statement says that while the incident was a minor traffic matter, the club is, quoting, ``frustrated that the issue arose at all.''
Henry was suspended for two games by the NFL last season, and he could face more punishment after settling the last of his earlier four court cases by serving two days in Kenton County, Kentucky, jail in January
