Williamstown's reign as WV Class A football champions will come to an end after a one year run.
Wheeling Central, the champion before Williamstown, downed the Yellowjackets 28-14 in Friday's quarterfinal round.
The Maroon Knights broke a 14-14 halftime tie with two second half touchdowns to win the game.
Williamstown finishes a great run with a 9-3 record.
