Parkersburg's 2 wrestling powerhouses continued their domination of the WV Class AAA Region 1 wrestling championships.

Parkersburg South and Parkersburg High finished first and second, respectively, at the AAA Region 1 wrestling tournament held today at Brooke High School.

The Patriots won the team competition with 238.5 points

Coach Donna Dixon's team qualiified 12 wrestlers for the WV State Wrestling Tournament.

South's individual champions include:

The Big Reds of Parkersbug high took second place with 203.5 points.
