The Parkersburg South Patriots were presented with the Corbitt Cup Trophy at their football banquet on Sunday.
The Corbitt Cup is named after long time area physician Richard Corbitt. Corbitt donated his medical services to both the Patriots and Parkersburg High Big Reds.
The trophy goes to the winner of the annual Crosstown Showdown between PHS and South.
The Patriots have won the Corbitt Cup 3 of the last 4 seasons.
