Marietta High School senior Tanner Leach has signed his letter of intent accepting a sholarship offer to play for Alderson-Broaddus College..
His family and coaches were on hand to witness the signing Thursday afternoon at Marietta's Sutton Gymnasium
Tanner is a defensive lineman who had 17 tackles for a loss last season and earned All Conference and All District recognition.
He goes to a Battlers football program that will make it's debut this season so he will be in on the ground floor
Tanner has played football for 9 years, dating back to the peewee leagues
The sport means a lot too him, and so does the opportunity to play on the collegiate level
