Jonathan comes to the Mid Ohio Valley from Asheboro, North Carolina, which is located in the Piedmont-Triad region of NC.

Jonathan comes to the Mid Ohio Valley from Asheboro, North Carolina, which is located in the Piedmont-Triad region of NC. Jonathan attended North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Meteorology.

He chose to pursue a career in meteorology after several storms as a child sparked his interest in weather and says that the raw power of mother nature fueled his thirst for knowledge concerning the inner workings of storms and other weather systems.

Jonathan loves to enjoy the outdoors or just relax and watch golf, Jeopardy, or college sports (especially the NC State Wolfpack). He grew up playing football and baseball and is also an avid golfer.

Jonathan is excited to be here in the Mid Ohio Valley and become a part of your morning routine as part of the Daybreak and Noon newscasts at WTAP-TV.
