Megan graduated from Indiana University at Bloomington and, before joining WTAP-TV, completed a news internship at WRTV-TV in Indianapolis and a weather internship at WGN-TV in Chicago.
From WTAP-TV, Megan accepted a weather position in Baltimore, Maryland, at Sinclair Broadcast Group's News Central operation, where she forecast for as many as four different cities each night. From there, she moved to WPLG-TV in Miami, where she served as a meteorologist and hosted a Monday Night Football countdown show.
From there she became the Megan weekend morning meteorologist and entertainment reporter at WCBS-TV in New York City.
She is now the meteorologist for the CBS 2 Morning News at 4:30, 5, and 6AM, at WMAQ-TV in Chicago.
