Anthony originally is from the Cleveland area, and served as the station's weekend sports anchor and weekday sports reporter.

Before coming to WTAP-TV, Anthony covered college sports for four years in both the Big 10 and the Big East. He was the play-by-play voice of The Ohio State University Buckeye basketball and baseball teams. He also covered Syracuse basketball and football.

Anthony currently works at the News Ten Now cable network in central New York.
