Kim Lucey joined WTAP-TV in January 2008 as a co-anchor for Daybreak and the producer/anchor of WTAP News at Noon.
Before coming to the Mid-Ohio Valley, the Penn State University graduate was an associate producer for WHP-TV's morning show in Harrisburg, PA.
