Amanda Barren joined WTAP-TV in July 2002 after graduating from Ohio University.
From WTAP-TV, she moved to Erie, Pennsylvania, to WJET-TV, where she worked as a court/crime/city government reporter. While there, she also served for two years as the anchor of "Good Morning Erie."
In 2006, Amanda, moved back to the Mountain State where she reported and anchored Saturday's evening newscasts at WSAZ-TV.
In June 2010, she moved once again to WKYC-TV in Cleveland, where she currently works as a "multimedia journalist," a position in which she reports and shoots all of her material.
