Our honoree this week is Parkersburg South's Joe Holland.
Joe is the defending State Champion in Singles Boys Tennis. He also won the OVAC Singles Title in 2009, 2010 and 2011, and is the State Runner-up in Doubles.
Joe also has a 4.0 GPA, is involved in student council and is an Eagle Scout.
