Food Pantry Fundraiser Community Dinner

Lower Salem Community Building in Lower Salem, Ohio
Tri County Food Pantry Community Dinner - Community Dinner to benefit the pantry to raise money for Christmas gifts for the kids of the pantry. The pantry currently serves over 125 families in the area.

The menu will consist of baked steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, coleslaw, rolls, beverage and homemade desserts. The cost is $7.50 for adults and $3.00 for kids 12 and under. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Benefit Fundraiser

Lambert-Tatman, 1305 Washington Blvd., Belpre, Ohio
Bob Mongell was injured in a fall and suffered a traumatic brain injury on Aug. 6. He faces an extensive hospital stay and many months of rehabilitation.

There will be an electronics recycling event along with a bake sale and car wash to benefit Bob and his family. So clean out those old electronic items, get your car washed, and have something sweet to eat, all while helping out a fellow citizen.


Soup Bean Dinner

Vienna Community Building, 34th Street, Vienna, WV
Vienna Civitan All you can eat soup beans, cornbread, cole slaw, drink, and dessert.

Proceeds benefit community volunteer projects.

Pulled Pork Dinner

Baptist Fellowship Hall, Washington Street, Elizabeth, WV
The Wirt Chapter #113 of the Order of the Eastern Star will be holding a Pulled Pork Dinner.

Proceeds from the dinner will support the Shriners Transportation Fund as well as the Masonic building fund.

The Pulled Pork Dinner will include sides and refreshments for $6 per person. Dinner will begin immediately following the homecoming parade at 3:00PM and will remain in operation until the Wirt vs Calhoun Homecoming football game begins at 7:30PM.

The Order of the Eastern Star is the largest fraternal organization in the world to which both women and men may belong.

Proceeds from the dinner will support the Shriners Transport Fund that provides necessary transportation alternatives and solutions for patients and families of the Shriners Hospital for Children.

Car and Bike Show

Civitan Park Belpre, Ohio
Strecker Car and Bike Show - Free to the public. Registration for cars and bikes is $10 each.

The first 25 to register will receive a free shirt. There will be pulled pork by The Old Corral and sides provided by Hensler's Market.

Jake Binegar will perform and all the proceeds will go to the Strecker Cancer Center Patient Indigent Fund. This fund helps cancer patients with everyday expenses so they can concentrate on feeling better.

Coffee House

UU Church, 232 Third Street, Marietta, Ohio (corner Putnam and Third)
Coffee house with Uncle Eddie and Robin - Eddie and Robin Mahonen, musicians who mix activism with bluegrass, rock, and folk styles, will perform in Fellowship Hall and will donate a portion of the proceeds to the Cameroon Water Project.

Admission is free but donations are welcome.
