Recipe for Chef Yancy's Hickory Smoked Jack Daniels Raspberry BBQ Sauce & Pulled Pork Sandwiches INGREDIENTS: ¼ cup Diced onions ¼ cup Diced green peppers 2 cloves Garlic ¼ cup Tomato paste 8 Oz Tomato sauce 8 Oz Ketchup 3 tab.Yellow mustard ¼ cup Apple cider vinegar 2tab. Brown sugar 2 teas. Black pepper 1 tea Hickory salt 2 teas. Crushed red pepper seeds ¼ cup Raspberry jam 1 shot Jack Daniels DIRECTIONS: Sauté onions, peppers, garlic for 3 minutes in sauce pan. Add tomato paste and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, or until mixture is caramelized. Add remaining ingredients and slow cook, stirring often for 20 to 30 minutes. Pour mixture over your favorite meats and seafoods.
