ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND STORMS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH TONIGHT AS A COLD FRONT PUSHES SOUTHEAST INTO THE REGION. THE ADDITIONAL RAINFALL...FALLING ON THE ALREADY SATURATED GROUND...COULD RESULT IN FLASH FLOODING.
* RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES IN LESS THAN 3 HOURS COULD INITIATE WATER PROBLEMS. OF COURSE...LESSER AMOUNTS OF RAIN WILL STILL CAUSE THE USUAL STREET AND POOR DRAINAGE FLOODING.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
