The National Weather Service Issued a Winter Storm Warning starting Tuesday for many of the counties in Eastern Ohio.
The Winter Storm Warning runs from Tuesday through Thanksgiving morning. The counties already in the watch area could receive six to eight inches of snow.
A low pressure system developing out of the southern United States will turn north the next couple of days pulling moisture into an already cold air mass in the Ohio Valley.
As the system moves closer, sleet and freezing precipitation are possible.
