The two parcels border the Broadway Industrial Park-whose owner says, it, too, suffered damage from last year's fire.

The tax liens, totaling more than $19,500, were purchased at a sheriff's auction November 15.

Broadway Industries owner R.C. "Heck" Heckert says his company made the purchase to ensure IEI cleans up fire debris that showed up on his property as a result of the fire.

A cleanup of fire debris on warehouse site was completed in September.

The fire broke out October 21, 2017, and took nine days to put out.
