Pineapple Surprise Cake




Ingredients

Cake

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 can Mandarin Oranges

    Frosting:

  • 1 small pkg. Instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 16 oz. container Cool Whip

  • Directions

    Cake



    1. Mix all together and pour into three 8 or 9 inch pans, or you can use a
    9x13 pan and cut in half to have a 2 layer cake.



    2. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.



    Frosting:



    1. Mix all together. Frost cool cake with mixture. Should be refrigerated.
