Rolled Flank Steak




Ingredients

  • 1 lb. flank steak, pounded thin
  • 1 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 c. onion, diced
  • 1/2 c. carrots, sliced
  • 1 c. red cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 c. dill pickles, diced
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. Thyme
  • 1/2 c. red wine

  • Directions

    1. Marinate flank steak in Italian dressing overnight. Mix all ingredients,
    except wine, and spread on meat.



    2. Roll up and tie. Place in covered baking dish with 1/2 cup red wine. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
