They will hit the road to Wittenberg University where they will take on Wisconsin- Oshkosh on Friday.
Marietta College received an at-large bid with a 21-6 record.
The Pioneers are familiar with the tournament and know what it takes.
"We've played in a lot of big games and definitely played a tougher schedule this year," said senior guard Dillon Young.
"So we know what it's going to take to go in and compete in some games like this."
"We're going to have to play well," said head coach Jon VanderWal.
"You can't have a bad night in the NCAA tournament and survive. Everybody that you're going to be playing is going to be really good. So, you almost have to play six perfect games if you want to be crowned champions at the end. But this group has that potential to get that done."
The first two rounds are Friday and Saturday, March 2 and 3.
