UPDATE: Ohio investigators Investigators say 'cowards' spent months planning Rhoden murders

Investigators explain how they found the alleged killers of 8 members of the Rhoden family, who were shot "execution-style" in their homes in Pike County, Ohio in April, 2016.

Parkersburg City Council debated the pros and cons of eliminating the Floodwall Fee before voting 5-to-3 for the ordinance eliminating it by the first of the year. The second reading on elimination will be held next meeting.

The Wood County Board of Education says it will vote on bids for the construction project at Parkersburg South High School.
